As I can always count on, I felt a sense of peace today and I m certain that has much to do with you. Do you know that I had made plans to meditate at the time of your session and I fell fast asleep for 3 hours (I never nap)! Perhaps Spirit knew I needed sleep. The girls have been peaceful too. I ll keep you posted on anything else I witness.
