Aeon: Aeon is a Gnostic term for a divine power or nature emanating from the Creator (Supreme Being) and playing various roles in the operation of the Universe. (It is also used to describe an extended period of time.)

Akashic Records:
The word Akashic is of Sanskrit origin and translates into "sky" or "space". The Akashic Records are believed to be the records of all that ever was and all that ever will be. As old as creation itself, they house the records of not only mankind, but of the plant, animal and elements as well. But, you will find that most spiritual leaders who are able to tap into the Akashic Records, concern themselves with the records of mankind. Every moment of each soul existence is recorded in the Akashic Records. Because we all are energy in motion, one needs only the first name of indiviuals to tap into their vibration and access their Akashic file. Those who are able to align themselves to be able to read or view the pages of the records (similar to a large book) are able to read or "know" its contents. This was done more readily and broadly in ancient civilizations than in modern civilization. While no longer used to guide the masses, the Akashic Records are still referred to and tapped into in select circles and groups.
A few of the most famous "seers" who claimed to have been able to read the Akashic Records are: Nostradamus, Rudolf Steiner, and Edgar Cayce.

Astral Body: The astral body is part of the multiple (seven (7) in total) bodies that make up the whole you. It is connected to the astral plane and is what travels, experiences and learns while you are sleeping or in deep meditation or some other form of altered state. It is possible, after awakening from a sleep or after an intense astral travel during meditation, to display the remnants of astral travel encounters or adventures in the form of physical evidence; such as scratches, bruises or cuts.

Astral Plane: The astral plane is a level of existence. The consciousness of Humans is aware primarily of the physical plane, but we are a multi-dimensional being and we have parts of ourselves in different planes. At one time, mankind was more aware and in tune to this fact, but over time our conscious has developed an ignorance to that fact and must be reawakened to it. There is no two planes alike. It is possible to travel to the astral plane, which is much like an extension of the physical plane a transition place or doorway to access other planes, while in sleep or during some form of altered state.

Automatic Writing: Automatic writing is the process of allowing the writer's body to go into receptive mode so that he or she can be used as a "channel" for either his or her higher consciousness, a disembodied spirit, or a being from the angelic ream. Automatic Writing can be done with a pen or a key board. It is believed by some that the spirits literally manipulate the writing utensil in the hands of the medium to communicate, as the writer is often unaware of what is being written and often even scrawls out text in handwriting that is markedly different than his own. Others believe that perhaps the spirits may also communicate by forming messages in the mind of the medium, which reproduce on the page. Most likely though, the medium is writing unconsciously and messages are formed from material in the subconscious mind or from a secondary personality that is gifted with extrasensory perception (It is not uncommon for the spelling to be more phonetic.) Well-known author, Neale Donald Walsch, wrote the book series Conversations with God, claiming to have used automatic writing to speak with God. The Brazilian medium Chico Xavier was probably the most prolific medium in the 20th Century and possibly of all time, with more than 400 books written by him.

Aura: Aura refers to the energy field emanating from the surface of a person or object. This emanation is visualized as an outline of cascading color and may be held to represent soul vibrations, chakric emergence, or a reflection of surrounding energy fields. It is an energy field that surrounds, penetrates and extends out beyond the physical body, that is electromagnetic, electric and magnetic and is made up of varying types of live and intelligent vibrations or frequencies. An aura surrounds not only every living thing including humans, animals and plants, but also every inanimate thing such as rocks, all objects made by man, and the earth, sun, moon, and all planets in our Universe. It is possible for auras to be viewed by the naked eye. Focused training may improve one’s ability to see auras. Layers of aura are separate and distinct yet connected to all the remaining layers. Today, we know the aura as electromagnetic fields. The existence of electromagnetic fields around every object in the known world is a scientifically proven fact.

Bilocation: Bilocation is the ability to exist simultaneously in two places. In short, it is the appearance of a person in two distant places at once. The double may appear in solid or ghostly form, and usually acts strangely or mechanically and does not respond when spoken to. It can also be an object existing in two places at the same time. Bilocation is said to have been practiced by many mystics, monks and other holy figures through the ages, including famous Christian saints. Indian gurus have been reported at several locations at the same time in waking state, or seen sleeping somewhere while awake and active at another location. Some texts also depict a phenomenon where more than one copy of the subject could be seen. Frederic W. H. Myers, one of the founders of the Society for Psychical Research in England, along with others, collected and studied reports of bilocation. Even so,the phenomenon has received little interest in modern times.

Cartomancy: Cartomancy is a form of fortune-telling or divination using a deck of cards. The practice of cartomancy has been observed since playing cards first came into use in Europe in the 14th century.
Cartomancy practitioners are generally known as cartomancers, card readers or, simply, readers. Some practitioners have claimed that cartomancy’s origins date back to ancient Egyptian times, the art being derived from wisdom given to the ancient Egyptians by the scribe-god Thoth, although this belief is by no means common today. Also this author feels it is superstition, there are Cartomancers who feel that the deck should be treated as a tool and cared for accordingly. Some cartomancers also feel that the cards should never be touched by anyone other than their owner. In some traditions, a deck that is used for cartomancy should not be used for any other purpose.

Channeling: Channeling is the communication of information to or through a person (the channel or medium), from a purported spirit or other supernatural entity outside the mind (or self) of the channel. Channeling is part of the belief systems and rituals of many religions, such as shamanism, Candomblé, Voodoo, Kardecism, Umbanda, and more. Mediumistic control means a sharing of mental and physical energies between the medium and spirit communicator or operator. Control signifies a telepathic rapport between the two. How strongly en rapport they are determines the degree of control. Control can range from inspired thought, to conscious control, to light trance, to deep trance, to very deep trance. It all depends upon the work at hand and the mental and physical energies available to the spirit communicator or operator. Channeling occurs when another consciousness is allowed to align with the channeler for the purpose of communication and the sharing of information. The channeler steps back in consciousness and allows the entity to move through them to use their mind, emotions, and vocal chords. Channeling can be used to verify intuitive feelings, and to view life’s issues and situations with deeper awareness. The spirit guides are able to help most people with their down-to-earth issues, as well as with diverse and abstract metaphysical concerns.

Clairaudience: Clairaudience is the ability to hear thoughts or things not audible within normal hearing ranges. It includes the audible perceptions of ghosts, spirits and those who are in the astral realm. The definition is debatable at length, although the main point being that clairaudience is essentially the ability of hearing the paranormal as opposed to seeing it. In its largest sense Clairaudience means simply "clear-hearing." The power of such hearing enables you to hear anything you will, and at whatever distance, whether on Mars, or on the Sun, or on the Moon, or on Jupiter, or perhaps even on some distant star, or easily anywhere on Earth. Some people have clairaudient experiences in the form of voices of someone they have known, or a voice they don’t recognise, others don’t recognise their psychic ability initially as the messages just sound like them thinking to themselves. The area of the brain just above the ears is processing the information for clairaudient experiences. This is where sounds perceived through the ears are interpreted as well as ESP information. Note: Lena Sheehan is clairaudient.

Clairsentient: Clairsentient is the ability to sense the energy surrounding that person, place or thing. This sense is often referred to as the "gut instinct" because the message and "feeling" connect point is in the solar plexus (stomach or gut) Note: Lena Sheehan is Clairsentient

Collective Unconscious: The collective unconscious refers to that part of a person’s unconscious which is common to all human beings. It contains archetypes, (forms or symbols) that are manifested by all people in all cultures. These archetypes exist prior to experience, and are in this sense instinctual.

Deja Vu: Déjà vu is actually quite common. 70% of us experience it at least once in our lifetimes. It is when you experience or "remember" an experience that you have already had in your head; sometimes months or years prior.

Dowsing: Dowsing, also called divining, is the process of using a rod or pendulum to find "hidden" people, places or things. The ability to find people, artefact or substances by use of maps, pictures or physically being in a place are currently the most popular applications of Dowsing. Most dowsers use two ‘dowsing rods’ and/or a pendulum. The rods, traditionally known as ‘Wishing Rods’, are formed into an L shape and are usually made of copper although the oldest known material was wood, usually forked Hazel branches along with Apple, Beech and Alder. (It is said that metal coat hangers work just as well!). One rod is held in each hand and you have located what it is you are looking for when the rods cross. Dowsing is reported to date back approximately 7000 years but origins are still unknown. The Egyptians used images of forked rods in some of their artwork as did the Ancient Chinese kings. In Europe, dowsing was performed in the Middle Ages to find coal deposits. Since this time people have dowsed for everything from lost objects to missing people.

Empathic: Empathic is the ability to recognize and understand the emotion and physical feelings of another. An untrained empath will often times "take on" the emotional or physical pain or pleasure of someone near them. Empaths are often labeled "hypocondriacs" by the un-learned and unbelieving. Note: Lena Sheehan is an Empath.

Extra Sensory Perception: Extra-sensory perception, or ESP, is the ability to acquire information by means other than the known senses of taste, sight, touch, smell, hearing, balance and proprioception. The term implies sources of information as yet unknown to science.

Fortean Phenomena: Strange, naturally occurring phenomena that science cannot yet define or explain. There is a magazine called the Fortean Times that is dedicated to this type of phenomena and presents some strange and unusual happenings in a lively easy to read manner.

Geomancy: An ancient form of divination in which small amounts (handfuls) of soil or other materials were scattered on the ground, or markings made in the earth or sand, to generate a range of dot configurations which could then be "read" by a seer. In the 19th century, geomancy shifted and became to be applied to the Chinese practice of the science of feng shui (literally "wind and water:)by which the location and orientation of houses and tombs was determined with close regard to the topography of the local landscape. The feng shui master or geomant uses a round, magnetic compass, called a luopan, which is marked off in rings containing data relating to astrology, directions, the elements, landscape forms, times of day, and so on. The aim is to locate a site where the energies or ch’i of the land and sky were brought into perfect balance. The harmony of these energies ensured good fortune Feng Shui masters recognize that certain powerful currents and lines of magnetism run invisible through the landscape over the whole surface of the earth. The duties of the geomancer is to detect these currents and interpret their influences on the land through which they passed. These lines of magnetic force, (known in China as the "dragon current", or lung-mei), exist in two forms: the yin, (negative current represented by the white tiger) and the yang,( positive, current, represented by the blue dragon). The landscape will display both yin and yang features. Example: A gently undulating country is yin (female, while sharp rocks and steep mountains are yang, or male.

Hypnagogic Imagery: Hypnagogic imagery occurs during the dozing off stage of rest, and can contain anything from startling warnings and vivid precognition, to static scenes. Sometimes voices are heard, even entire conversations. Precognitive visions seen during hypnagogic imagery are said to be particularly reliable and rarely need interpreting because, usually, they closely resemble future events fairly accurately.

Intuition: Intuitive sensing (Intuition) is linked directly to ancestral, primordial survival traits. With the modernization and industrialization of society, primitive survival traits become less and less important. We are no longer required to venture into the wilderness to seek our daily meals. It is no longer necessary for modern man to maintain an intimate connection with the environment. We select our dinners from the grocery store shelves and freezers. For many of us the idea of hunting and killing an animal or instinctually knowing when the proper time to plant a crop seems to be a foreign concept. We have, for the most part, separated ourselves from the need to rely on intuitive sensing as a mechanism of survival. Modernization of society has resulted in a reduced capacity to think intuitively. While intuitive senses will always remain an integral part of human perception, as we become less connected with the environment, the intuitive thinking process is neglected and unused. The trend toward diminishing intuitive senses carries consequences beyond simply neglecting a natural skill.

Logos: The divine Word; the second person of the Trinity incarnate in the person of Jesus.

Lucid Dreaming: Lucid dreaming is being conscious while dreaming. If, by chance, during a dream it suddenly dawns on you that you are dreaming, then you have experienced a lucid dream, regardless of whether or not you have been able to attain control of your dream. Lucid dreaming is usually induced by some sort of cue—something that indicates to the person that what he or she is experiencing is a dream, and not reality. Cues, however, are not necessary for becoming lucid: sometimes people spontaneously become lucid without noticing anything strange or typical of dreams. Lucid dreamers regularly describe their dreams as exciting, colourful, and fantastic. They are prodigiously more memorable than other kinds of dreaming, even nightmares, which may be why they are often prescribed as a means of ridding one’s self of troubling dreams. Lucid Dreaming usually takes place in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. There are five stages of sleep. Stage 1 being the one you first enter, then followed by stage 2, 3 and 4. As you descend into deeper sleep your brain frequency slows down. In stage 4 can it be slower than one cycle per second (delta sleep). After some time spent in stage 4, about 25 minutes, you return to stage 3 and 2, then straight into REM sleep. About 90 minutes has passed now since you started sleeping. 5-10 minutes is spent in this stage before you go all the way down to stage 4 again (also called non-REM sleep). When approximately 90 minutes have again passed, another REM-period start. This time the REM sleep lasts longer. And as time progresses less time in non-REM sleep is needed and more time is spent in REM sleep. After 4-5 hours you don’t go lower than stage 2. Vivid dreaming takes place in REM sleep, so the more you sleep, the more time is spent in REM and the more likely it is that you may have a Lucid Dream.

Medium: Mediums are people who have a special gift that allows entities from the Spirit world, as well as other worlds, to give messages to mankind. One of the primary objectives of a medium's work is to prove survival of the human personality after death and to help the bereaved come to terms with their loss. Sittings with mediums are not for fortune telling but are intended to provide evidence of survival and much needed guidance from the other side. Note: Lena is an adept medium.

Mediumistic Automatism: Automatism associated with a medium receiving supernatural messages from ghosts, spirits or the like, the expression of such messages (in speech, writing or drawings) lacking conscious control or intervention by the medium.

Metaphysics: Metaphysics is concerned with explaining the nature of the world. Meta= out of and physics= physical. Therefore, metaphysics is out of the physical. The metaphysician attempts to clarify the notions by which people understand the world, including existence, objects, property, space, time, causality, and possibility. Another popular usage of metaphysics includes a wide range of controversial phenomena believed by many people to exist beyond the physical. Popular metaphysics relates to two traditionally contrasted, if not completely separable, areas, (1) mysticism, referring to experiences of unity with the ultimate, commonly interpreted as the God who is love, and (2) occultism, referring to the extension of knowing (extrasensory perception, including telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, retrocognition, and Mediumship) and doing (psychokinesis) beyond the usually recognized fields of human activity.

Mysticism: Mysticism from the Greek (mystikos) "an initiate" (of the Eleusinian Mysteries, (mysteria) meaning "initiation"[1]) is the pursuit of achieving communion or identity with, or conscious awareness of, ultimate reality, the divine, spiritual truth, or God through direct experience, intuition, or insight; and the belief that such experience is an important source of knowledge, understanding, and wisdom. The term "mysticism" is often used to refer to beliefs which go beyond the purely exoteric practices of mainstreamhu, while still being related to or based in a mainstream religious doctrine. For example, Kabballah is a significant mystical movement within Judaism, Sufism is a significant mystical movement within Islam, however Gnosticism can refer to either a mystical movement within Christianity or as various mystical sects which arose out of Christianity. Some have argued that Christianity itself was a mystical sect that arose out of Judaism. While Eastern religion tend to find the concept of mysticism redundant, non-traditional knowledge and ritual are considered as Esotericism, for example Buddhism’s Vajrayana. Vedanta is considered the mystical branch of Hinduism. Mystics believe in a deeper, more fundamental state of existence that is hidden beneath the appearances of day–to–day living. For the mystic, the intangible is the focus, and may be perceived in any of various ways — as God, ultimate reality, a universal presence, a force or principle, psychological emancipation — and be experienced or realized directly. Such experiences are spoken of, variously, as ecstatic revelation, theosis, direct experience of the divine or of universal principles, nirvana, enlightenment, satori, Somadhi, etc. They are sometimes characterized by a fading or loss of self, or a perceived interconnection with all existence, and are often accompanied by feelings of peace, joy or bliss, as well as severe cultural alienation. Apart from religious mysticism, but not entirely separated from it, is nonreligious mysticism. This is more of an experiencing mysticism through, or from, Nature, although some have discovered God or the Absolute of Nature through such experiences. An authentic experience of mysticism derive from Nature is essentially the unity of the subject and the object. In other words, the person becomes one with Nature; all boundaries or separation between the person and Nature disappears. The person becomes part of nature and is not separate from it.

Numerology: Numerology is the study of numbers, and the occult manner in which they reflect certain aptitudes and character tendencies, as an integral part of the cosmic plan. Each letter has a numeric value that provides a related cosmic vibration. The sum of the numbers in your birth date and the sum of value derived from the letters in the name provide an interrelation of vibrations. These numbers show a great deal about character, purpose in life, what motivates, and where talents may lie. Experts in numerology use the numbers to determine the best time for major moves and activities in life. Numerology is used to decide when to invest, when to marry, when to travel, when to change jobs, or relocate.

Palmistry: The practice of palm reading dates back to 2000BC. It is the art of characterization and foretelling the future through the study of the palm, also known as palmistry, palm-reading, chirology or hand analysis. The practice is found all over the world, with numerous cultural variations.
People who practise this ancient art are generally called chiromancers, palmists, palm readers or chirologists. Modern palmistry can trace its roots back to gypsy fortune tellers and Indian mystics, but often modern palmists combine traditional predictive techniques with psychology, holistic healing, and alternative methods of divination. The practice of chiromancy is regarded by many as a pseudoscience, and no hard scientific evidence has been found to back up claims of veracity. It should be noted that the information outlined below is representative of modern palmistry; there are many -- often conflicting -- interpretations of various lines and palmar features across various "schools" of palmistry.

Paranormal: Beyond the range of normal experience or scientific explanation: such paranormal phenomena as telepathy; a medium’s paranormal power. Paranormal is an umbrella term used to describe a wide variety of purported anomalous phenomena. According to the Journal of Parapsychology (Parapsychology Association), the term paranormal describes "any phenomenon that in one or more respects exceeds the limits of what is deemed physically possible according to current scientific assumptions." [1] The term is derived from the Latin use of the prefix "para", meaning "against, counter, outside or beyond the norm." Many see the term paranormal as synonymous with parapsychology, which deals with psychical phenomena like telepathy, ESP, and survival studies like ghosts. However, the paranormal also includes subjects considered to be outside of the scope of parapsychology, including UFOs, cryptozoology, the Bermuda Triangle and many other non-psychical subjects.

Parapsychology: Parapsychology is the study of mental awareness or influence of external objects without interaction from known physical means. A number of academic institutions now conduct research on the topic employing the scientific method, and the field of psi research is not without high level support, with a number of eminent scientists being of the belief that the field is worthy of analysis. Note: Lena Sheehan is a parapsychologist.

Precognition: Precognition is the act of knowing beforehand that an event will occur. Like intuition and instinct, it is a natural human ability. Early in the history of human evolution the ability to foresee future events may well have been a common ability that was tied directly to the survival of the human species just as instinct and intuition are.

Psychokinesis: The term psychokinesis is derived from the Greek words psyche meaning "breath," "life," or "soul," and kinein meaning "to move." Psychokinesis, is a technique of mind over matter through invisible means. Examples would be the movements of objects, bending of metals, and determining the outcome of events. It can occur spontaneously and deliberately which indicates it is both an unconscious and conscious process.

Psychometry: Psychometry is the ability to read the history of certain objects by holding the object in your hand or placing it to your forehead. Usually small personal objects such as a watch, ring, key or other personal objects are the best. People with the ability to scry this way are called Psychometrist. In some cases if a scryer has been handed an object of someone who recently died of illness the scryer may suffer from symptoms of the illness. Psychometric impressions may come in the form of emotions, sounds, scents, tastes or images. The visions are generally very rapid and occur with no logical sequences. Psychometrists usually experience a loss of energy and an increase in body temperature, while some scryers report an irregular heartbeat.

Reincarnation: Reincarnation, literally "to be made flesh again". Certain doctrine or mystical beliefs, hold the notion that the soul can survive death , with its integrity partly or wholly retained, to be reborn in a new body. This part is often referred to as the ‘Divine Spark’ or the ‘Ego’.

Ritual: A state or condition characterized by the presence of established procedure or routine:

Retrocognition: Retrocognition, also called postcognition, is the supposed ability to know something about a situation after its occurrence through psychic means. Retrocongition often involves ability to know the past (sometimes including distant past) of oneself and others, without direct observation of events. Psychometry and past life regression can both be considered kinds of retrocognition. The word means past sense perception, and is usually a relatively minor set of circumstances. These are specific usually to unknown individuals, or those whose names are not given by the visions involved in psychic transfer. The understanding, as it is, comes spontaneously and usually through the stress or emotions involved in a set of circumstances that is specific to you, which may or may not include other individuals. They usually are unaware of such ideas: they are seen only in the eyes of the beholder. However, as with all purported psychic phenomena, the details of the experience are highly subjective to each individual. Retrocognition is the art of seeing or sensing the past. It has been claimed to be accomplished deliberately by psychics who seek access to the past events that have occurred to obtain information or gain an insight to a certain situation. Retrocognition usually takes on the form of a vision or hallucination, and the surrounding scenes are replaced by surroundings of the past, but only for a short. They sometimes feature sounds and smells from the past. Retrocognition is a psychic phenomenon of haunting and apparitions that are replays that seem to be continual events such as murders or suicides.

Remote Viewing: Remote viewing is the ability to perceive people, places, events, and objects remotely by directing the conscious mind to a destination provided by specified coordinates. The modern process of remote viewing was initially developed by Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff at the Stanford Research Institute at the request of the CIA in 1972.

Shadow People: Shadow people also known as Shadow Folk, or Shadow Beings, are usually attracted to one person or location for unknown reasons. Often they are seen as dark silhouettes of human-shape, generally male, that prefer to watch someone unseen and flee the moment they are noticed. Still this doesn’t always fit the experience. While some people distinctly see a shadowy human form others have described shapeless wispy black blobs and swirling columns of dark smoke. The personalities or characteristics of shadow people range greatly from shy and skittish to downright nasty and malevolent, with a few witnesses describing them as the ultimate essence of pure evil. Accounts of shadow people have been reported all over the world. There has been an increase of reported sightings of these creatures recently, though there is anecdotal evidence of these creatures appearing before human witnesses throughout our history. Reports of shadow people are in many respects different from accounts of ghosts. Ghosts are said to be the disembodied spirits of deceased people and are usually said to take on the appearance and characteristics of human beings. Orbs of light, ectoplasm and glowing mists have also been associated with ghost sightings. None of which is common he occurrence of shadow people. Although many accounts describe shadow beings as having human-like form, they are generally not described as resembling actual individuals , living or deceased. It is unheard of in my experience that shadow people ever communicate verbally with witnesses. Feelings of dread, intense fear or panic and paralysis have been ascribed to the experinece of witnessing a shadow person. The more consistent accounts of shadow people typically describe a feeling of dread associated with the presence of this phenomena, and animals are said to react to the phenomena with fear and hostility. Shadow Beings are said to move extremely fast and travel through solid matter. They typically are said to have no discernible features such as mouths, noses, or eyes. Their forms are usually described as somewhat thin or smoke-like Direct visual contact is rarely reported by most eye witnesses of shadow people; they are said to usually disappear before they can be seen clearly, and are seen "in the corner of one’s eye. These beings are said to often appear in mirrors. Shadow beings have also been described as forms of ghosts, demons, inter-dimensional beings. The most popular explanation seems to be that they are some sort of other-dimensional beings whose dimension of origin occasionally overlaps with ours, which is said to explain their ethereal appearance and fleeting nature.

Spirit Guides: Spirit Guides are entities - physical and non-physical - who have chosen to aid others on the path to spiritual enlightenment as we are about to ascend to higher light - the evolution of consciousness - our natural state of being. You may sometimes see a spark of light before you that blinks in and out for just a second. That is a soul spark. That is YOU. You are frequency. Spirit guides are higher frequency. It’s like turning on a television or radio - one need only adjust the station to the matching frequency to connect. Connection is usually telepathic unless your spirit guide uses some form of telekinesis to move objects or manifest objects to reinforce their connection with you. These are spirits of like spiritual age to ourselves, working on the principle of "like attracts like". They are usually not with us all the time. They come when we are "receptive", or when they feel that their attempt at guiding us might help. They, like the Guardian, often have a love link with us. Knowing us in this and/or a previous life/lives as a brother, sister, wife, etc. A guide could be anybody, but often they have lived on earth many centuries ago. Because of the time spent in spirit, they have become highly developed in spiritual ways. They choose to remain close to the earth life, and act as a link and teacher. Many mediums will often tell of their guide as being a Red Indian or from some other exotic race. The reason is simply that Red Indians for example, lived a very spiritual existence, and also believed in their own psychic skills. Note: Lena Sheehan has many spirit guides who aid her. Her primary (Master) guide is Urla-Ra

Telekinesis: The movement of objects by scientifically inexplicable means, as by the exercise of an occult power.

Telepathy: Telepathy (from the Greek, tele, "distant"; and , patheia, "feeling") is the claimed ability of humans and other creatures to communicate information from one mind to another, without the use of extra tools such as speech or body language. Considered a form of extra-sensory perception or anomalous cognition, telepathy is often connected to various paranormal phenomena such as precognition, clairvoyance and empathy. It was the primary means of communication during Lemurian times and mankind is slowly working back to such. Many believe that Aliens are adapt at this type of communication and

Thought:
Thought is the energy created by ideas, emotions, intentions and beliefs. Like physical energy which has a positive or negative charge, so does the energy created by our thoughts. Every thought that we have creates it’s own energy. Our thoughts are similar to a radio transmitter. The receiver of our thought transmissions is the universe itself. It can also be said, if we define life as the equitable exchange of energy with the universe that the universe, in a sense, is the power source of our thought and life energy. The energy of thoughts are measurable using modern devices such as PET scans (Positron Emission Tomography) and MRI ( Magnetic Resonance Imaging ) Emotions have been shown to create thier own unique energy signatures. Science has proven that energy can not be destroyed, but it can take another form. Therefore thoughts, once created, go on existing. They hover around our planet, influencing its life force. Negative thoughts as a human collective create catastrophe in the form of war, pestilence and disaster. Recent events all over the planet seem to offer all the evidence one could need that the result of mass negative thought energy is currently manifesting itself. It is and easy thing to say that massive amounts of negative thought energy can cause widespread damage, the results are plain to see since this seems to be the default thinking mode of most humans. This is why you will find groups of spiritual people around the planet working to transmute (change) the negative thought energies to positive ones. One case that stands out is an event that took place in Washington D.C in 1998. A group of new age thinkers joined together to focus positive energy on the problem of crime in the US.Over the course of several weeks this group concentrated considerable mental efforts on diminishing the level of crime in the United States, Not suprisingly several US cities reported up to a 30% decrease in crime during this period. Scientists are just beginning to accept the truth about thought energy, and have begun to study what many have known for centuries. In fact some of today’s leading scientists in areas of physics, biology, psychology and many other fields are starting to recognize the importance of thought energy. Positive thought energy in the form of collective meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce violent crime! In 1993 a study encouraged by one the world’s leading physicists was undertaken in Washington D.C to determine if focused meditation could have an effect on that city’s crime rate. The results were astonishing. During the weeks that several volunteers meditated, crime rates fell dramatically by 25 percent! This was no accident. This was scientifically validated and proven to be an effective means of countering the criminal inclinations of a very large group of people…an entire city in fact.

Transcendental not derived from experience – metaphysical, obscure, visionary of or relating to experience as determined by the mind's makeup.

Transmute: to change something from one form, nature, substance, or state to another, or be changed in this way.

UFO: unidentified flying object; a flying object that cannot be identified and is thought by some to be an alien spacecraft.
